What this site is

NordicDistributors is a directory of distributors in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland and an opportunities board: ads from companies looking for Nordic distributors, and from distributors looking for brands or products. The site is curated by Miguel Baptista; paid ads are labelled separately from external invitations found through research.

Directory listing for distributors Free Editorial review; inclusion is not guaranteed. For companies that distribute other companies' products: distributors, wholesalers, importers or agents. Manufacturers, brand owners and software, service or marketing providers are not listed in the directory.
Distribution ad ("seeking distributors" or "seeking brands / products") €200 including VAT One ad, 90 days from publication, one payment, no subscription or automatic renewal. Nordic markets: every paid ad must name at least one of Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland.

The directory listing is free. Only the distribution ad costs €200. Do not present the listing as paid.

What the €200 ad includes (as published on the site): your own ad page, a card in the opportunities board, rotating sponsored placements on matching country and sector pages, drafting help, one preparation revision, a review around day 30, up to two factual updates, and an end-of-term report with measured views, clicks and verified enquiries (zero if none). Ads are reviewed in 1–2 business days; the 90 days start when the ad is published. Full refund if the ad is not published. No views, enquiries, replies, agreements or sales are guaranteed. How to request

A. Free distributor listing

Web form: https://nordicdistributors.com/list-your-company/ (for distributors, wholesalers, importers and agents). The form has a required, unticked consent checkbox, consent (value yes). Send consent=yes only after the user has agreed to the text shown next to it on the page (the controller is named there). The site replies after review and says that submitting does not automatically publish a profile.

Fixed fields: form-name=nordic-distributor-listing, origem=agente, submetido_por=agente, consent=yes. origem and submetido_por (field names kept in Portuguese on all of Miguel's sites) tell us the request came from an agent; web visitors send web / pessoa.

Checkbox fields are sent as on when ticked and omitted otherwise. Do not send test data: every POST is a real submission that notifies us.

B. Paid distribution ad (€200 including VAT, 90 days)

Two steps, both on the site: (1) fill in the ad form at https://nordicdistributors.com/advertise/ and (2) pay with Stripe. The ad form needs a browser with JavaScript (it creates the order reference and hidden values by script), so it is not documented as a raw POST. After submitting, the confirmation page shows the public Stripe Payment Link: https://buy.stripe.com/4gM6oGa6s0KV7EO57jcs800 (€200 including VAT). The site adds your order reference to the link; use the confirmation page link when you can. An agent must give the link to the user and must not pay on the user's behalf.

Data protection

The controller named in the privacy notice is Miguel Baptista (miguel@fractio.se). Forms are received through Netlify Forms and email; payments are handled by Stripe. The paid-ad and draft forms have required consent checkboxes that the user must tick. Before sending a request on someone's behalf, confirm with the user what will be sent, and mark it with origem=agente&submetido_por=agente.
