How information is used.
This notice explains the current submission and enquiry flow on NordicDistributors. For privacy questions, corrections or requests, contact Miguel Baptista at miguel@fractio.se or use the contact form.
What you choose to make public
For an approved ad, the company, product description, category, available markets, materials and commercial contact you approve are intended for publication. Choose a business contact suitable for public use. Your private order email and billing information are not part of the public ad.
The directory includes business information researched from public sources and information submitted for editorial inclusion. You can ask for an inaccurate business profile or contact to be corrected.
Submissions, enquiries and purchases
We use form details to respond to the request, review the proposed listing, administer the order and provide the service requested. This includes your contact information, submission reference, product information and any correspondence necessary to resolve the request.
Order processing relies on steps requested before entering a contract and performance of the service. Billing records are also processed to meet applicable legal obligations. Professional directory information, security and handling enquiries may be processed for legitimate interests, subject to applicable rights and safeguards.
Submitting an ad or enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list, initiate a distributor email campaign or automatically transfer your details into a separate consulting engagement. We respond to an advisory enquiry when you expressly request it.
Services involved
Netlify hosts these sites and receives their forms. Google email is used to receive submission notifications and administer correspondence. Stripe handles payment and associated billing information after an ad is approved. These providers process information under their applicable service and privacy terms; their services may involve processing outside your country.
Card details should only be entered in Stripe's checkout. Do not send card details, identity documents or patient information through these forms. The site does not publish your payment record.
How long information is needed
The 90-day advertising period controls public display of an ad, not the retention of every order record. Submission and enquiry information is retained as needed to handle the request and related follow-up. Purchase, billing and dispute records may need to be retained for applicable accounting and legal periods. We review correction and deletion requests in light of those purposes and obligations.
Public directory information can be updated or removed following editorial review. Closing an ad removes it from active opportunities; any archive no longer presents an active advertiser contact.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to relevant processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Include enough information for us to find the relevant entry or order, without sending sensitive identity documents unless they are necessary and specifically requested.
You may also contact the competent data protection authority. In Portugal, information and complaints are available from the CNPD.
Browser data and external links
Hosting, security, forms and payment services may process technical request information. Some tools store working information in your browser or use third-party resources. Links to manufacturers, distributors or Stripe lead to services with their own privacy practices. This notice does not describe their independent use of information.
