Nordic pharmaceutical distribution is dominated by full-line wholesalers (Oriola, Tamro) plus a long tail of specialty distributors in oncology, rare disease, biologics and hospital-only products. Every distributor operates under a national wholesale licence and GDP certificate issued by Läkemedelsverket (SE), Lægemiddelstyrelsen (DK), Legemiddelverket (NO) or Fimea (FI). Reimbursement goes through TLV, Medicinrådet, Beslutningsforum and PPB respectively.
