How to read this calendar
Windows, not dates. Each bar shows the typical month range when the RFP is published and bids are due. Actual dates shift year-to-year — always confirm directly on the agency's tender portal (linked per event).
Rolling = open continuously. Some agencies (Sykehusinnkjøp medical devices, Trafikverket, wellbeing counties) run category tenders on a rolling basis. These are shown with a striped bar across all 12 months — check the portal weekly.
Cadences. "Annual" = refreshed every year. "Biennial" = every 2 years. "Quadrennial" = every 4 years (typical of framework agreements). Value tiers S/M/L/XL refer to estimated annual contract value.
